Product Care and Information

All items at the Aviva Stanoff Design Studio are hand-made. Our dyes are hand-mixed in small batches and all printing is done one at a time in our studio in Brooklyn. Our collection celebrates slight irregularities that occur in color, pattern, and textures as a result of our unique processes.

Hard Goods
Vases, Decorative Trays, and other glass and wood items can be wiped off with moist sponge for cleaning.  Lacquered pieces should not go through a dishwasher.  Glass can withstand heat from candles as well as hold water.  All lacquering on wood and glass are non-toxic and water resistant.

Our Surface Treatments

Everything at the Aviva Stanoff Design Studio is made to order by hand.  Due to our handmade process, there are sure to be slight irregularities and differences from one piece to the next. This is what makes each item unique.

Our hard goods were developed with texture and exotic embellishment in mind.  Glassware, decorative wood items and fabrics all celebrate rich color and dimensional decorative surface design.  Glass items are created using a three-day technique that is a multi-layering, silk-screening process.  Screened images are infused into our tempered glass and set to be water – resistant and translucent. Patterns come in a variety of colorways, and are available in all sizes.

Our decorative velvet pillows are also hand - dyed and painted. The botanical print is then etched into the pillow using a special in-house technique.  Our base fabrics include velvets, silk organza, charmeuse, and more.
